Ramblings from the yoga mat
The garden that I have had the fortune to be a part of over the last six months is starting to turn from green to brown, yellow and orange. My little bird companion is sporting some bright red feathers and has taken to asking for food, which it happily takes from my hand. In return I am treated to a gently chirped song whilst I work. Such moments are a welcome relief from the usual noise of my head and a good reminder to stay present and find joy, comfort and peace in the simple things of life. As we go forward, uncertainty for the future can take its toll. It's a good time of year to do everything we can to take care of our physical and mental health in preparation for the winter months. Looking after your immune system has never felt so important. Good nutrition, stress reduction and exercise as we know, are all essential for our wellbeing. If things have slipped a bit, take a moment to find some balance.
