Ramblings from the yoga mat
As spring starts to softly open her eyes, the light of the sun arriving a little earlier in the morning and lingering a little longer in the evenings, it brings with it a sense of energy and hopefulness.
Something we could all do with at this time.
We are so blessed to live in a part of the world where we are never too far from nature.
When the weather allows wrap up warm, put some boots on and try to spend some time outdoors. Breathe the fresh cool air and enjoy the birdsong. Take time to notice the things about you, make a simple walk an act of meditation.
It will refresh and restore you.
With lockdown measures still in place we will not be able to return to the studio this month. Hopefully I will have some indication as to when we might be able to start to return by the next update.
In the mean time I am delighted to still be able offer classes on Zoom which will continue in the months ahead.
