This class introduces the preliminary exercises, stretches and breath work. Relaxation techniques and some simple standing postures.
This class is for those wishing to take their practice a little further or for beginners with a moderate level of fitness. We introduce the Sun Salutation, pranayama and inversions.
For those with a few months experience or beginners with a good level of fitness. Venturing into more complex sequencing. Some arm balances are explored.
