Class Schedule             

 Yoga means union or to yoke. In Hatha yoga this applies to the union of the physical body with the mind &   spirit.

Yoga has existed in some form for thousands of years. Though closely associated with Hinduism & other traditions including Buddism, is best described as a spiritual rather than a religious practice.

Hatha yoga is the type of yoga most practiced in the West & involves the yoga postures called 'asana', breathing exercises 'pranayama', relaxation 'yoga nidra' & meditation 'dyana'.

One of the great things about yoga is that anyone can take it up & benefit from it. The key is to only 
do as much as your body will allow, & with regular practice you will find yourself becoming 
stronger, more supple & with a more positive outlook on life. 

Yoga Valley aims to provide an eclectic & holistic approach to a hatha yoga practice in a fun & inclusive atmosphere.

 £3 for 20 minute morning Zoom session or 
3 x 20 min sessions for one class voucher

 £8.50 drop in full class (Zoom £7.50)
 £40 for 5 full class vouchers (valid  7 weeks) (Zoom £35)
 £75 for 10 full class vouchers (valid  14 weeks) (Zoom £40)

 Cash, cheque or credit/debit card accepted

  There are usually spaces, so you can just turn up. Please check   Facebook page or website for cancellations or holidays.

  What Should I wear?
  Something comfortable that you can stretch in, layers are best.

  Do I have to be fit and bendy?
  No, you can do all of the class at your own pace and ability.

  Do I have to bring anything?
  No,all equipment is provided.
