Introduction to 
Yoga Course


This Introductory course is a 5 week comprehensive programme forcomplete beginners. Explore & learn the essential & fundamental aspectsof yoga. It is designed for those new to yoga and for anyone who is curiousabout the foundations of the yoga practice, wishing to learn within a groupenvironment.

Over the 5 weeks you will beintroduced to the basics of the key yoga postures (asanas) and healthyalignment of your body, explore various breathing practises (pranayama) andinvestigate some history & philosophy of the yoga lineage.

The course takes place in asafe, relaxed & fun space where the practice will progress at a gradualpace that ensures a learning and focus to help build strength &flexibility, improvement of posture and breath, cultivate an ability to becomecalmer, and cope with the challenges of our daily lives.

The course will provide youwith the essential knowledge & understanding so you have the experience,clarity & confidence to join the weekly drop in classes and to create afirm foundation for you to build up a regular yoga practice.
