and Indian Head Massage they feel energised and refreshed

On site massage
For On-Site massage you will need a small quiet room or space away
from the hustle and bustle of work, where staff can switch off and
unwind. A minimum booking of 4 clients is required per visit and
can be arranged as a one off or regular weekly/monthly sessions.
You may have funding from your company in which case an hourly rate
is charged to your work place or the sessions can be charged per
client. Prices on application.
Seated Acupressure Massage
Seated acupressure massage is gentle and non-invasive so it is suitable
for everyone.
The clever, ergonomic design of an easily portable chair completely
supports the client’s body, allowing the practitioner to apply
the acupressure massage without the use oil or the removal of clothing.
This technique helps to stimulate and balance the flow of energy
throughout the body leaving the client feeling good in a relaxed,
but energised and in a clearly focused frame of mind.
Indian Head Massage
The Indian Head Massage consists of a neck and shoulder massage
to release stress and tension, a stimulating scalp and hair massage
to invigorate and re-energise and a facial massage to tone and relax.
The massage is done with the client sitting upright in a chair,
it is not necessary to remove clothing and no oil is used. The treatment
incorporates acupressure releasing a free flow of healing energy.
On-Site Yoga Sessions
Yoga in the work place is a fun and healthy way of boosting creative
energy as well as easing away stress tension in the body. The sessions
are specifically designed around the abilities of the participants
so there will be benefits for everybody.
Ideally you will be able to provide a suitable space away from the
main working area and this will give staff the important time away
from their desk to re-energise. Sessions can be from 30 to 60 minutes
and are usually arranged during the lunch break once a week. Price
on application.
